We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund less a 15% restocking fee within thirty days of purchase.
East Coasters' guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Returning or Exchanging Items
You can return or exchange purchases from East Coasters by mail.
You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt or shipping invoice) for all returns and exchanges. No proof of purchase? Include your order number.
Returns and Exchanges by Mail
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. East Coasters is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
To return or exchange an order by mail:
Include a copy of your proof of purchase. No proof of purchase? Include your order number.
Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

Customs & Wholesale returns
In the event you are unsatisfied with your custom coaster, please contact us with your concerns. If the issue demands, we’ll provide a shipping label to conduct a personal review on the items in question.
Any mats found to be flawed can be refunded/replaced at our discretion. If any of the mats are found acceptable and within our tolerance standards, those will be shipped back to you.
Refunds of flawed mats will be deducted by the shipping costs incurred in this process.
